McGinney Homes, LLC is a family owned company and a member of the National Association of Home Builders.  Jonathan and Tammy McGinney moved from Texas to Clemson in 1997 where Jon received a Masters of Fine Art degree from Clemson University.  Tammy holds a Bachelors of Fine Art from the University of Texas at Arlington.
